If all of you say that Yu-Na wins, she will not. Please :frown:
Anyway I still believe in Fumie. She won this event three times (the first time was eight years ago, wow!) and she's still a contender at least for the bronze. What an extraordinary skater she is.

That is a very wonderful comparison between Glenn Gould and Jeremy Abbott at their respective craft, GuliaPlum. And I can't say I disagree!

It is true that she is an accomplished skater and still a "reliable" competitor. OTOH she is quite limited when it comes to technical content.

Face it: the girl competes with only 3, if not 2 different triples, a flutz, a flip and a toe.

She still managed to win Japan Nationals against Mao, Suzuki, Miki and Yukari with this very limited jump arsenal so who knows what will happen this week! Will Mao bring her GPF game or her TEB and Nationals game? THAT is the question about this week's event, AFAIC.
