Thanks for those! Florent went for the Quad!:rock::rock: And he didn't fall, I guess it was a step-out! Shame about the Axel, but he is going for the Quad! I jsut knew that he is a Quad Salchow-guy, his Triple looked so huge and easy everytime he did it. And wow, that short program must have been perfect, except for the really low levels on the steps. Any links?

Florent Amodio's LP is online - here. Good to see him skating well and taking risks - the quad was indeed a stepout, hopefully next time it'll be clean.

Thanks for that! The Quad looked definitely fully rotated - I thought that maybe the National judges were a bit lenient with it. Most boys underrotate the Quad at first and I thought the judges maybe didn't want to discourage Florent. But this one looked good.

So now the top four French guys have all landed quads. Is it something in the water over there?

Anyway, Florent's SP is also online - but no quad there, naturally :).
