Poland now--Once upon a time in Mexico music
nice combination! neat and sweet. second jump good also and third!

black costume with gold sript, red shirt effect--looks 3 part but probably not

oooo good low pancake spin

okay, so footwork is not his specialty--

wow, the lowness of his sitspins! hotcha!

now music is "Kiss of Fire" i know that song

oops little slip in the footwork

but i like this skater--he is well rounded!

finishes with scratch spin :) don't see a real one every programme

costume top produces bolero effect; i think it is illusory, but nice. he got thrown a toy and bowed so sweetly, an old-fashioned bow--i loved it!!!!!!!!

I really like this guy. gold neck tie works with wine-red shirt effect

Premyslaw Domanski --Poland --57.00 !!!!!! :D into first place!

Just a comment about the South African skater:

Even though he had a lower degree of difficulty and the landing wasn't perfect, I loved his fist pump when he landed his combination. Also, it was a nice moment when the women in the stands with the Turkish flag gave him a hug.

I liked Mark Webster last year. Hope he has a good skate!

ETA: Wow, big w.u. jump from big blond guy (Ukrainian?)!

Mark was at 4CC this year. He was fairly decent there too.

Good spins and footwork, very nice and low sit spin.
Best skating skills so far.
He deserves some more involving choreo.

Next flight in warm-up--UK, Mexico, Ukraine, Austria, Australia
This is group 4.

Thank goodness for cheese sticks! I remember at live skating, at all-day practices, subsisting on little more than sunflower seeds and bottled orange juice. ack.

Great Britain skates first:

dark blue or black with bright blue partially at the top and some glitter. Coverall

bobble on landing first jump--hand came close to touching down--may have actually touched ice-- combination went smoothly--- worst camel i've seen in a while
he is trying to get low on sitspins--i respect that
ah, nice jump, lutz, i think---he is relaxing now--footwork is not boring
flying sitspin tepid, back to nifty footwork i can't help liking him, because i am a footwork junkie

nice low pancake spin--did variety spin and it's over. good effort!

Nice job by Luis Hernandez. He's pleasing to watch - very smooth and intense, fast spins, excellent line.

Wow, Morozov looks happy!
ETA: Make that Congemi looked happy. *bangs head again*

Mexico now--starting before i am ready lol

okay in black with reddish and pinkish decor on top

darn, can't type about costume so much--missed jump--repeat shows it was a combo
ooo loved second jump outflow
footwork fast, really fast--he is nimble
i think last jump was meant to become something it didn't
his spins travel
but he is skating with attack, quickly and looks very flexible, limber
spin travelling again
it's over almost before it has begun--that's a good sign--means he involved me
wish i could see it again--did get to see his first jump, combo :)

Sorry for the bother but i was without internet access all day, and wondering if this is being shown live online right now. Would take awhile to go through every post to see if there was a link. I cannot find the link to the turkish channel if that is the one it may be on.

Ohh, Anton... What was that on the footwork?

3A, 3F-3T, 3Lz - standard jump layout. Funny that guys score between 55 and 90 points with this layout. And so easy to understand for everyone how that happens.

Ukraine now in black red scarfy thing

awkward landing but held it
nice combo! :)
ah, lutz :)
low enough on his sitspin
wow--risky footwork--and he fell. that was the risk he took. i like his guts.
wow he is still doing super-risky moves
back to sitspins
this guy fears nothing when he is doing footwork
i am amazed at his courage
catchfoot spin--don't see that a lot now
ends on spins

i am still recovering from my amazement at his unusual footwork--i have to like him!!!! he'll take a deduction for that fall, of course, but who cares about mere points? This was a man, skating!!!! Woof. (I dote on courage)
lol they are discussing it, obviously, in the k and c, but i am grinning and chuckling--glad i did not miss seeing this programme
