It could'nt be worse timing with the Olympics just around the corner. Gang war has gotten out of control here in Vancouver and the lower mainland. There are shootings almost daily. Michael Moor will have to redo his movie Bowling for Columbine and edit out the bits about Canada having low gun violence. It may ruin our reputation for being one of the best places to live.
It's not safe to even go for gas these days with drive by shootings taking place. I hope our cops will have things under control for the 2010 Games. It's a tall order for a small police force. Time to bring in the troops - oh wait a minute they are busy fighting terroism in Afganastan...oh boy....
