It was a cute movie. Very picturesque. My only problem with the plot was that just about EVERY single person around Diane Lane was eccentric in some way. I kept thinking "aren't there any normal people in Italy?". But I love Diane Lane and thought the movie was beautiful to watch.

Yes, the characters were all rather "flawed" and cliched, but in the end it all came together.
