guilty. That's if we had street markets I'd enjoy them. I do like yard/garage sales.

Do you wait for sales to buy something you want for yourself?

Not guilty... should be guilty, but I'm not.

Did you hit up the stores on Black Friday (day after Thanksgiving here in the US)

not guilty - I try to avoid the stores on Black Friday (admittedly, Chanukah shopping is not as involved as Christmas shopping)

Did you ever bake a birthday cake for someone?

Guilty.

Do you end up spending more money on yourself than you planned when you go x-mas shopping for others?

GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY!!! I find it makes handing over the cash much easier...

Do you feel BAD about spending so much money on yourself vs. loved ones?

Do you try to buy gifts for others that reflect their personal interests?

Impractical. (But if something makes me or someone else happy I consider that very practical :) )

Do you get your pets Christmas gifts? (special food counts)

not guilty (Today is the last day of Chanukah. We never buy/put up a tree as it it not appropriate for us as Jews, but we do enjoy looking at the decorations/lights in the neighborhood)

Do you have any family birthdays in December?

Only my deceased father's. He would have been 103 on Dec. 14.

Do you decorate in your yard for the holidays?
