Highest Ladies Score under IJS

I just watched Kimmie Meissner at worlds 2006 on YouTube.

She scored 218.33.

Now earlier this year I remember the excitement when Yu-Na Kim was the first to break 200 under IJS with 207.03.

I also thought IJS was in effect at 2006 worlds.

What am I missing?

In 2006 there was a qualifiying round at worlds which was like a 1/4 of the total score or so.

Most boards are happy to have more users/traffic.

I have found this to be a great place with many knowledgeable members. I promise to post as often am not afraid to ask questions here.

By the way, I did try to do a little research before asking. I even found the scores on Wikipedia that were lower but I never go by anything I see on WIKI. If I had known to loolk at the isufs.org site I probably still might not have figured it out.

I have found that if you ask a question like this and someone responds with a simple answer, the thread will show up in google the next time someone is doing research. In fact if you go to google right now and type in

IJS highest score

This Thread comes up as the second item! Now that is cool! Others will find the answer quickly. Unfortunately they may get scared away by the harsh response. It would be nice if you could edit the entire thread and remove everything before the answer from Tinymavy15. Her answer was sort simple and respectful and wont scare people away.
