Urbas has withdrawn for RC

The last entry list updated today at 13:03 pm (Russian time) no longer has him listed

*sighs** antoher withdrawal at the last minute with no time for a replacement

I wish they would have a list of 3 alternates for each event so all the spots can remain filled or even better have more entries per event ( I know that is very unlikely but for instance only 8 pairs seems very underwhelming).
