Anyone else think that Ando's form seems somehow stable? I mean, of course she fell, but still laid down several good Triples and especially kept her cool after the fall. Not bad at all.

Oh wow....
I thought Mao will make it to the podium easily although I didn't expect her to win gold. This is worse than I thought.... I don't know what to say....
Julia can still be proud of having the best SP here. I don't think anyone would've predicted that.
ALLLLLLLLLLRIGHT!!!!!! Ashley Wagner of the USA came in 2nd, she won the silver medal!!!!!!1I hope the USFSA is watching.
Also I agree with the crowd's whistling, there is no way Julia S. should of placed behind Mao (I love you Mao, but today wasn't your day).
Those gals ruined my predictions!
Honestly I was thinking based on Japan Open and practices that Mao would maybe not make it. But I thought her disasterous finish would be at TEB where the field was a lot stronger. Instead the disasterous finish was here. Well Mao's fifth now (so that may help but she will really need some implosions... sigh)
Going to buy some chocolate... See you in 20 minutes.
Thanks for your company during this rather surprising freeskate.
And Alena on the podium! I'm glad for her.
Miki, Ashley, Alena, and all the other skaters - good job today![]()
Medal ceremony? Anyone? TVU isn't showing it... I hope it goes on youtube. I'm soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy!!!!!!!! Finally; a medal for Ashley; an not a bronze thank god. In humble opinion it should have been gold; but well; I'll live.
