Hmmm, Joubert did better than I expected (!). Should go into 1st with that skate.

Well, he is winning now, but that's certainly not enough to beat Plushy.
Not bad, huh?
It wasn't his best - but Joubert at not his best, still means lots and lots of solid Triples and a solid Quad. Nobody can take that away from him.
GIVE IT TO HIM, HE WAS FAB THROUGHOUT THE COMPETITION!!!!
Elvis should be proud, he's just like him, the second coming of Elvis Stojko!![]()
Very good skate from Brian, imo the best of the night.
Congrats to Brian, Johnny and Michal.
I wonder what Jenny's blog will say tomorrow
I am glad he went for the Quad, I mean, his participation in the GPF was on the line here. If he had screwed it up big time and come in second - that would have meant no GPF.
By the way, take that haters (I know, here aren't many). But this is why this man won medals in his time.
And he won the first freeskate since Euros 2007! Yeah!
He did enough to win. I thought Johnny could've been score a bit higher but it wouldn't have mattered.
Brian was good. Gold, of course.
Nobody did his best tonight. Amazing. I thought with this field it would be a night of incredible skating (worth staying up to 4 am for).
But for Johnny to get silver in this field - what a vindication.
I'm also glad for Brezina. A bit of an upset there. He deserved it.

only program i actiually like was Brezina puppies. Joubert did well, enough to win but he watered down his program. he could have mad a statement with it
1) Joubert
2) Weir
3) Brezina
Hm, definitely not the results I expected. But I quite like this podium anyways
Hopefully, with these placements, Joubert and Weir can get their momentum going....
And he blows the field away, as it should be!![]()
Just glad Johnny got silver. Maybe he'll sneak into the GPF.
