Well, at least there will be an ice rink bearing Victor Kraatz' name in Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island. We may never see Vic and Shae skate together again, but one could drop into his rink and take a few turns around!

I'm glad he's been recognized! It must be such an honour... maybe he won't hang up the skates entirely... maybe he'll still hang around "his" rink...
That's wonderful! I'm so glad Vic has a rink named after him. :D
The next time I go to the Island, I'll bring my skates! Well deserved honour for Victor.
