Hey I just thought of something, maybe the panel tried to make Yuna NOT win so she doesn't have to skate last and have tons of pressure on her. This could all be good because maybe now she will put up the LP we know she's capable of (with the 3flip) and win by 20 points par usual

. But yeah I mean she skates after Alena now, who though good, I doubt will bring the house down. If Miki does a great LP, the crowd will go crazy b/c it's in Tokyo, and if Yuna had to follow that it would be a lot like the situation at SA where she messed up. Now she doesn't have to worry about that because she gets to skate before Miki. Plus her SP score is still huge and shows that the judges DO think she is the best, if she had done the 3flip she would be ahead of Miki by about 4 points and that's including the downgrade on the 3t she didn't deserve. I actually think this is good, Yuna typically is always amazing in the short and then sometimes falters in the long (the back to back worlds when she won bronze comes to mind). I highly doubt she'll mess up two programs in one competition because she's amazing and that would be out of character, but it's actually better if she makes mistakes in the short and not the long because the long is worth more and there are a lot more jumps to worry about if you make a mistake early in the program. 1 point is nothing, and she's still 4 points ahead of Alena. The funny thing is, she didn't even seem upset when she found out she was in 2nd place, she was laughing about it with Brian. I think it will all work out for her tomorrow. The real question is who will take the silver and bronze? Miki and Joannie are the obvious choices but I'd like to see Akiko or Leonova make the podium
