*sighs* I was hoping Liebers will make it. But Lindemann is still a semiknown name and he won the spot at Nebelhorn so wont complain much. (his bronze medal at 2004 worlds still bothers me though).
Im sad for Clemens Brummer too. I guess I wont see him in Senior A competitions anymore , he just hasnt the jumps, I loved all his programs from previous 2 seasons.
Happy for the Beiers, they deserve to go to the olys after last time snub. The Hermanns are still young so I hope they stay for another quadrennial and improve a lot. Never liked Zhiganshina/Gazsi.
What happened to Vartmann/Just they were competing at Senior B this season but were no show here. Will the federation used the third spot for pairs at Euros??
Savchenko/Szolkowy didn't take part to work on their free skate for Vancouver.
Just/Vartmann split after the NRW trophy where they failed to achieve the set norm for the olympics.
German pairs at Tallinn: It is not decided who will be the third pair behind Savchenko/Szolkowy and Wende/Hausch. Martin Liebers and Nicole Gurny who were second in Mannheim (there were only 2 pairs starting) said in the press conference they would love to go but haven't heard yet. They said they would understand if someone else would be selected as they just teamed up very recently. Somebody from the federation was there but didn't clear anything up.
