    Senior Mens Short Program

    The senior mens short program will be the final event of the day today. Start orders are:

    I can't watch because I am going out tonight but hopefully all the men skate well!

    Same here... going out as well but crossing my fingers for Shawn and Vaughn!

    Patrick all the way! Shawn is so small (like 5'4" munchkin!) that his performances don't have the impact of the bigger guys. Don't know much about Vaughn.

    first flight of men is over.... missed most of it. scores range between 39 and 56 points.

    Check out http://www.cbc.ca and click on Sports and then click on Figure Skating, and you will be able to click on the link to watch live. I LOVE that CBC shows all the skaters in the events. And PJ does a really nice job commentating. She gets better and better with each competition.

    His spins are lacking
    I like his energy
    Okay step sequence
    Best performance so far of the night.

    Scary fall on double(?) axel, seemed like the takeoff was bad. spread angle entry

    Needs more speed in sit spin

    He seems to have the difficult, but it needs more refining.

    Wow very high triple axel.
    Triple flip- triple toe. very nice.
    Wow triple lutz! Clean so far.
    Very little speed on the backsit spin
    His spins need major work.

    Sorry to say...at age 19 and still is not doing the 3A...really, when is he going to start, at age 20?

    I like that 16 yr old kid, Andrie Rodrigo? Good potential.
