Has an asian theme in his short program.
    Wow very high triple axel.
Triple flip- triple toe. very nice.
Wow triple lutz! Clean so far.
Very little speed on the backsit spin
    His spins need major work.

    wonderful jumps: 3 axel, 3 flip/3 toe, 3 lutz,
footwork is ok, seemed a little boring and forced
    slow spins

Sorry to say...at age 19 and still is not doing the 3A...really, when is he going to start, at age 20?

I like that 16 yr old kid, Andrie Rodrigo? Good potential.

    great future.
Amazing how most skaters have problem with jumps and yet, his major weakness is the SPINS! If I were the coach...I'll make him spinning 24/7, lol.

    Double axel
    Triple flip-triple toe fall
    Fall on steps.
    Okay spins
very jazzy type feel to his music, thus his steps are intriguing.

really liked Ian Martinez. He fell out of a 3 toe at the end of a combination, and tripped over his toe picks once, but otherwise was pretty good! Beautiful 2 axel. I really like his energy and his ability to skate with the music. 60.76 points

That was a very lovely program out of Joey Russell. Gorgeous lines! A little wild coming out of one of the jumps, but otherwise very nice. 74.04 points, and a personal best, I believe

Awesome from Joey Russel. His footwork sections were original and interesting, great flow. Jumps good. 3a looked questionable, but he got it.

Shawn answers! Standing-O. Two footed 3A, but otherwise amazing. I love watching him. He's in second.
