I love reading people's predictions... I'm horrible at them... but what do you experienced predictors think? (and yes I've already signed up for the Golden Skate Golden Picks contest)

Predictions, predictions, predictions....I like the element of surprise. Of course, with Sasha it probably is in "the bag," but anything can and does happen in figure skating.
I will dispose of the predictions and wait for the results!

The dance portion is not over yet, right?![]()
Yeah, you are absolutely right... Thanks!!! I notice now that the freedance is even on a time which suits also for us Europeans to follow.

Dang! I forgot to enter this one. I would have gotten at least the men's, ladies', and pairs' winners and though I don't know the dance winners yet, I my pick, which I forgot to enter, is doing very well. I like Shen & Zhao better than Tot/Mar, but I thought S/Z might be kind of burned out on competition after 11 years and T/M might be hungrier. I thought S/Z announced after Worlds last year that they would be retiring to coaching. Did I just get that wrong or did something change? I'm glad to see them still skating and will be curious to see them compared to T/M.

WOW, I think that in choreography Shen & Zhao´s freeskate is an absolute beauty again!!! This competition was only the start of the season for them and it is months until the Worlds. I saw their skating in season 1997-1998 the first time and have liked them ever since. I was fortunate to see their skating live in 1999 Helsinki Worlds.

Rgirl,
Shen & Zhao announced at Worlds that they would be back for this season and that they would be attempting a quad throw.
