Denney and Barrett soar into first

Caydee Denney and Jeremy Barrett (Southwest Florida FSC) are beginning to make the short program at the U.S. Championships look like just another day at the office. In two seasons together, the dynamic duo has stood atop the leader board heading into the freeskate, and show no signs of letting up here in Spokane.

I am so happy for their coach, Lyndon Johnston! When I was skating he was my coach in the Tampa Bay area (I was a singles skater). He is an Olympian himself (Canadian) so I think it's awesome he will (fingers crossed!) being go back to the Olympics but this time as a coach :agree:

She looks so much better with the new hair cut and the pink peices are perfect for firebird!
This is the most connected to the music I have even seen them, and the side-by-side spins were right on again, just like last year.
