If the other skaters don't become headcases, I think Plushenko is beatable. He's consistent with the jumps. That's about it. If Takahashi, Oda, Lysacek, and Abbot can keep it together, complete all their elements, I think one or more can beat him.

But that score has only been surpassed twice, once by Plushenko at the Olympics and other time Takahashi. So that does put him as the favorite for the time being. Lets see what Japanese men do at the 4cc, may be they can beat this score.

Lambiel had the skate of the night for me. I just did not expect this from him coming back. wow. Look how close his marks were to Plushenko, Lambiel gets so much credit for everything in his pcs, i think it sends a message that if Plushenko is not perfect he is beatable definately.
