Sorry, completely incoherent.... Can't. Speak. English. Right. Now.

    WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
OMG, Medusa! I've lost the ability to speak too. Right when I'm on the verge of losing my mind over the current state of Euro mens' skating, lovely Stephane breathes new life and love into me for the sport. I cannot wait to watch this when I get home from work!! Oh my, look how close his LP score is to Plushenko's! If not for silly mistakes within his ability to complete in the SP and LP, he might could have won this championship I think. GO STEPHANE! I U!!!

    5. Samuel Contesti (ITA)

    7. Tomas Verner (CZE)
    8.Sergei Voronov (RUS)
    9. Alban Preaubert (FRA)
    10.Kevin Dan Ver Perren (BEL)

Would absolutely love it if Ponsero wins it, or for that matter if he wins medal of any kind, but looks highly unlikely. Verner is another big head case so don't know how he will perform. Hopefully Javier Fernandez will do well.

i wish i could trade this successful prediction for Olympic Ice dancing one.

Exactly! The thing with Plushenko is his consistency. At the Olympics, the men just have to hit their elements. Plushenko is beatable.

Dang! This was my dream podium. Am I actually dreaming? How did that happen?!
So happy for Plushenko and Lambiel.

I don't like Plushenko's free program this year but it's amazing what he can do even injured. However, this will be beatable in Vancouver. So I hope he goes home and works on his step sequences, keeps his stamina up, and doesn't get any more injured. Long rule the King!

I agree Stephane scored proved that. may be most skaters are psyched out Plushy's presence including Joubert.

Grate performance by Lambiel, especially after his disappointing short. If he went clean he could have beaten Plushenko, just behing him on TES and ahead of him on PCS. Truly inspired, I didn't think he could do it

Plushenko is probably favourite for the Olympics but it is by no means a foregone conclusion. How will Joubert react to this defeat? I think the judges were kind to him, will he have time to up his game for Vancouver?

Would like to have seen Brezina medal, surely a future european champion. Will Voronov get the second Russian spot to Vancouver? He was a long way of the pace here.
