    Congratulations on the passed test!
    As for the communication issue, maybe it's more of an expectation issue. If the coach could tell your daughter at the end of each lesson what the plan is for the next lesson (and then stick to it), she would anticipate it and wouldn't get a different idea stuck in her head. If she doesn't develop the wrong expectations in the first place, she won't have to be disappointed and rebel, KWIM?
