Great opening for Carolina, she looked comfortable and did not look frazzled at all even with the mistake.

I expected it to be abit cleaner by Alena, she had a great opportunity to overtake Laura at least but she couldn't hold it together. She was looking so strong technically earlier this season. Go Kiira.
Laura: lovely to watch, bombed on the jumps; very weird that she still got such a high score... She did deserve a good score artistically.
Carolina: not perfect, but the jumps she did land looked solid; mistakes were limited; this might be enough to get her European title back.
Alena: still not my cup of tea; wasn't on tonight; I don't think she'll be Euros champ this year...
