Of all the top tier skaters, gold medal contenders (defined as the five ladies who medalled in the past three Worlds), she's my least favourite.
Thanks for coming up with this evil thread!

"Nightmare Podium" - heh.
I do not want Plushenko to win another gold. Enuff Russian federation corruption crap already!!!!
I really wish Jeff Buttle would come back, finally land a 3 axel consistently, maybe a quad too, and really show 'em how it's done! But I digress.
I really don't have any animus toward any of the other men...as long as they turn in 2 dynamic performances, they should be in the running for a medal...
On the ladies side, I am not happy that Yu Na Kim is the darling of so many and it's considered a fait accompli for her to win the gold. I root for the underdog! Let me also say the 2006 Olympics fizzled, not sizzled, esp. in the Ladies event.
So regardless of who wins what, let's hope for some exciting events and virtuoso performances!
I am stunned by all the Evan hating going on here!
Anyway..
Men:
1.Plushenko
2. Weir
3.Chan
Ladies:
1.Kim
2.Kostner
3. Korpi

3. Shen/Zhao ( love em, but please not ANOTHER bronze).
Dance:
1. Domina and Shabalin
2. Kohlova and Navinsky
3. Virtue and Moir
Plushenko, Lysacek, Chan, any podium with them in any order or any circumstances which sees any of them going home with a medal...that is my worst nightmare
Also merely the idea of Dom/Shab or Khok/Nov going home with a medal makes me sick enough to support the idea of banning ice dancing from the olympics.
I remembered some. I would hate it if Alena or Rachael medaled. I don't have any for Pairs. Don't know why...
Men : Chan or Lysacek winning the gold medal.
Ladies : Flatt gifted a medal & no gold for Rochette Pls.
ice Dance: D/W & V/M winning the gold. which looks very likely now, Unless french D/S surprise us.
Pairs: Zhangs getting a gold and D/D gifted a medal. Can handle anyone one the top team winning the medal
I'll do ladies. There are many scenarios I can think of:
Any podium with Rochette on the top spot
A podium with Suzuki, Leonova and/or Kostner on it
Ando gifted a medal with an uninspiring performance (cough*NHK)

Nightmare podiums:
I don't have a nightmare podium for the ladies. I think that says a lot about the field. I think any of the top ten ranked ladies could end up with a medal & I'd be fine with that, so long as their skating on those days makes them worthy. My nightmare would be people winning when they really don't deserve it.

Don't hate the Chinese. Just don't want them behind the Russians; the Russiands on top and no medal for Shen & Zhao. That's my nightmare.
