the heartbreak starts early tonight. i really thought that since he had nothing to lose, he'd nail it.

Watching Tomas skate tonight was like watching Caroline and Alissa at nationals all over again. What is wrong with skating these days? So sorry for him :cry:

when was the last time you saw someone fall on a step sequence

Amodio at SA, Stephane at Europeans, Jeremy Abbot twice in practice once at Nats and then a few days ago (didn't actually see these two), Kozuka at one of the GP events...

Poor Verner and his poor nerves. ._.

Actually they don't match. Brits are way way behind Russians. Rats - these guys are good.

ETA: Bacchini is very pleasant to watch. Beautiful style. Never haerd of him.

I really hate to see a skater give up like that. Must be something wrong with Tomas.
I think, he's got to the point where even non-fans start feeling sorry for him. It's no good. He should fight for a better skating life.
