All-Star Survivor Cast

What I've read on that is that all former champions were automatically invited back (w/ exception of this season, having Rupert there is not a spoiler), so that's why Jenna is there. I predict that Jenna will not do as well this season. I can't imagine a Tina or a Jerri letting her get away w/ being under the radar again. Brian from Thailand and Days of our Lives and Porn apparently has a bad relationship with Survivor and that's why he's not there and Shii Ann is. Alicia from Australia and Rob from Marquesas are apparently the two who were on the bubble -- if more exciting people had accepted their invitations they wouldn't be there.

The Shii Ann puzzle answered above. Vecepia turned it down. Not sure on Heidi or Neleh. Elisabeth doing the View plus her other show, can't film (it's filming soon or even now). Roger and Pascal were asked but both felt they were a little too old for another go-round.

I think it's a great cast except for Amber and Ethan. Yes Ethan won season 3 but the guy was as dull as they come. He rode Lex's coattails to victory. Lex and Tom were denied the finals only because they lost an immunity challenge that CBS messed up on, and had to pay them for it.

If this is how the tribes will look (and SNN is usually pretty accurate) I can't wait to see the tribe with Rich, Lex, Colby, Kathy, Shii Ann, and Jenna. That group is just fireworks waiting to happen.

I'm really happy that Rob M. is there. He was one of the most entertaining castaways ever. I can just imagine him with Rob C. It'll be hilarious.

I'm sure a big reason why V turned it down is that she had a baby last year.

I'm very excited about Shii Ann. She was one of my favorites and didn't go far because of the great twist in her game (two tribes living next to each other with no merge). I'm also happy that Alicia is a part of it - she's another of my favorites. Imagine the fireworks with her and Jenna M.

You're welcome for the info. I'm looking forward to this, too. It'll be really interesting to see what kind of twists the producers will throw at these experienced Survivors.

I can only assume that Ethan was invited back as a champion. Of all the series, I thought Survivor Africa had the blandest cast. With the exception of Jerri, Survivor Australia had a lot of pleasant people.

Of all the all-stars, I think I'd like to see Rob C go far. I also liked Shii Ann for her NYC 'tude, but she's gonna have to learn to pretend to get a long with people. As for the rest, they either won already or I don't care for their personalities (as edited) or I don't remember them.

Ok, now I am lost... I am a survivor fan from day 1 and have missed exactly 2 episodes during the entire duration of survivor, and this is the first I have heard of the above. Could someone explain?

Hi Canuck. If you remember during season 3 the next-to-last IC was about answering questions regarding other castaways. Lex answered a question correctly but CBS thought that he was wrong. As it turned out Tom was booted off that episode, and Lex was booted the subsequent episode. If Lex had been able to stay in the game with that correct answer, and had he won the IC, Tom wouldn't have been booted, Kim would have been. That would have made a final 3 of Ethan, Tom, and Lex. Since both Lex and Tom were affected by CBS screwing up, the company paid them both $100 000, the prize usually awarded to the second place finisher only. If anyone deserved to be on this show (besides Rich and Colby) it was definitely Mike. Apparently he declined because he doesn't like that Survivor is now more about being deceitful than actually surviving.
