I am so happy for Joannie, after a rough season and week, any medal must mean the world to her. I have to admit that that was the first time I saw Yu-na show a lot of emotion. She skated a perfect sp and lp and is very deserving of the gold medal.....Now for Mao, she looks so unhappy and disappointed. :( She obviously has worked really hard this season and doesnt feel like she delivered. Also, I gottta give my props for her courage and mental strength to land the three 3-A that everyone doubted that she can complete. Hopefully, this will spur her to vie for the gold in the next Olympics in her home country, Japan at Sochi.

Me too!! I'll beat them up! Japan better be proud of her, that's all I'm saying.

Michele thinks Yuna is a perfect all around skater. MK came out of hiaetus of 3 years to accept Yuna s invitation to skate in Korea. MK didnt do triple lutz triple toe combo or triple flip triple toe combo or double axel and triple toe combo and have all the transitions in between

    Get over it.

Did you watch the men's event? Brezina, Kozuka, Ten, Borodulin, etc all got held down because of PCS. Mirai is 16 and they can do that because she's young. I don't like it but it's just what happens.

They should also be proud that all three of their skaters are in the top 10. Good job to Mao, Miki and Akiko! Also congrats to Mirai and Rachael for solid finishes...get that third spot back at Worlds! And look....do I see Russians at 9 and 10...NICE! And the Finnish women went from 10 and 17 to 6 and 11th. WOW!!

    Good for Yuna
So Sad for Mao...really hope she comes back.
    Sad and amaze for Joannie
Mirai...favorite of the night once again just like at Nationals. Now she will get the respect of the usfsa after beating top skaters like my Miki and passing Rachel. Don't leave Frank and if Frank retires continue to do full runthroughs like he's taught you.

I thought she skated beautifully apart from the little slip, very expressive but on the night was beaten by someone at the very top of her game.

And, on that note, I'm off to bed as it's now 5.18am over here in the UK. Looking forward to picking up more debate later on today Great night everyone, love watching the Skating and it's even nicer watching on the boards with a great bunch of people.
