Ummm ... USA has only 9 GM at present, thus, regardless of the hockey game, they can't catch up to the record. oh yeah - Go Team Canada!!!!!!!

I know but still... I don't want another gold from Canada! I'm okay with Curling but not Crosby!

le sigh. Does anyone else remember the days when Galas were fun skating?

    Brasseur/Eisler's cross dressing routines
    Victor Petrenko twisting away
Kurt Browning Charlie Brown or Lyle Lovett

Why did the turn of the millenium (it seems) make skaters turn to total blah music. Thank god for Johnny Weir's Gaga (though I don't like her), Emanuel's Justin Timberlake dancing (even though that's a few years ago), V/M's ballerina/hockey routine... The fans want more of the fun!!

I can scarcely decide which is more misguided, nationalism or Celine Dion fandom. The horror, the horror...

Jamie Sale thought S/S might have chosen this "I had a hard day" after not winning the Gold but I guess she was wrong.

I dunno - I sorta like some of the more serious routines - Joubert's "Hallelujah", for example.

Oh god, it's as if they though DesertRoad wasn't snarky enough.

That was a great program, but it was also a bit of an escape for him - no pelvic thrusts or running across the ice or anything. I really wish he would skate to moe music like that for competition pieces.

Hee hee I like the 'thing'. She was completely cute. I completely dislike the 'things' the skaters are wearing. Seriously, those bodysuit/legging things! YIKES!

Okay, the ending in the rings thing was pretty cool.

    EVAN!!!!!
