While calculating (or trying to ;-) ) figure out the PST of the events, I came up with some questions:
Is the Men's Short Program really 8 hrs. 15 min. long?
Is the Ladies Short Program really 8hrs. 40 min. long?
Is the Ladies Free Skate really 2 hrs. 55 min. long?

I'm confused, and have been unable to find further information. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!

I was wondering the same thing, but I figured that since the singles SP at Worlds normally have 50+ skaters, I know there is sometimes a break in between (1st half of skaters, break, then 2nd half). As for the womens LP I'm not too sure but I think last years Ladies LP was scheduled to be 4 hours long.

Since the mens lp is also 3 hours, and the pairs lp is only a bit more than 2 hours, maybe the same rules applies as at the european championships? That is only 20 skaters qualifying for the lp in the singles, and 16 in pairs?

Could be it. It was the same deal at 4CC this year (top 20 in SP move on to the LP for Mens & Ladies).

You forgot the pre-sessions, which are going to be the first warm-up groups in the free skates and free dance. Ex. in ladies and men, it will be skaters 19-24. Then once again we have that break in between that and the second warm-up group. And once again, there will be an ice make before the final groups take the ice. Stupid.
