I just try:

1) Yagudin - Man in the iron mask 2002
2) G&G - LP - 1994
3) Yu na Kim SP 2010
4) Virtue/Moir FD 2010
...

could I add Michelle Kwan 2002 Gala "Fields of Gold"?

In no particular order, except for the first one:

Michelle's Rach SP-'98: a program for the ages
Mirai Nagasu--LP-'10: a very well-constructed program, skated beautifully
Michelle's Lyra, '98: a little restrained, but near-perfect
Sasha Cohen-SP, 2002: her best SP ever, IMO
Johnny Weir-LP, 2010--so well-skated, so under-marked
Oksana Bauil-exhibition, The Swan, 1992--she became the swan
Michelle-exhibition, FOG, 2002-it makes me cry
Yu Na Kim, SP and LP, 2010--I like the short program better, but the beauty of her skating cannot be denied
Yagudin, LP, 2002--I remember thinking, this is what an Olympic champion looks like

My order is random (I couldn't limit it to ten, either)

T/D - Bolero - 1984
Brian Orser SP/LP - 1988,
Brian Boitano LP - 1988
Midori Ito LP 1988, and her "Rain" exhibition 1992
Paul Wylie LP 1992
Michelle Kwan's Lyra Angelica -1998
Shen/Zhao SP/LP - 2010
Pang/Tong LP - 2010
Mirai Nagusu SP/LP -2010
G&G - Moonlight Sonata - 1994
Ilia Kulik - 1998 LP (the "giraffe" costume doesn't bother me one bit - loved the skating)
Kurt Browning's Casablanca - 1994 (IIRC, he skated his free skate very well - too bad he had a tough time in the SP - please correct me if I'm I'm wrong).
Tara Lipinski's "The Rainbow" 1998
Matt Savoie's - "The Mission" - 2006
Elvis Stojko's "Dragon" - 1994 (even better at 1994 Worlds) - I am disappointed in his comments lately, but I always enjoyed his skating during those his eligible years.
Todd Eldredge's 2002 "Lord of the Rings" LP (darn that quad, but I loved everything else about it)
Philippe Candeloro's "D'Artagnan - 1998 (I just wish I liked his pro programs  - I preferred him as an eligible skater)
Alexeii Yagudin's "Winter" SP 2002
Bourne & Kraatz - Riverdance 1998
