I just realized something in Carolina's placements at Worlds from 2005 until 2010. They were:
2005 - 3rd
2006 - 12th
2007 - 6th
2008 - 2nd
2009 - 12th
2010 - 6th
After winning a medal, she was always bumped to 12th then she climbed up to 6th and then she won a medal. So, if this pattern continues, she'll probably win gold next year!
I know this is random and just a coincidence, but also quite intriguing.

I really do hope a veteran, like Joannie Rochette or Carolina Kostner, who hasn't yet won a World title wins 2011 Worlds. I don't want the baton to be handed to the next generation just yet. I prefer to see women win gold instead of girls.
