A lot of the younger Russian girls have attempted 3+3s:
Polina Shelepen has done 3S+3T and 3Lz+3T, and they've been ratified multiple times.
Polina Agafonova has done 3Lz+3T (ratified in both her programs at JW)
Adelina Sotnikova has done 3S+3Lo and 3Lz+3Lo in Russia Cup event, but they don't seem very consistent anymore.
Elizaveta Tuktamisheva has a 3T+3T and 3Lz+3T (her lutz is gorgeous!).
Sofia Biryukova & Kristina Zaseeva have fairly consistent 3T+3T. Julia Lipnitskaya (only 11, yikes) has attempted a 3T+3T recently.

Kanako Murakami & Christina Gao have both done 3T+3T.

In Germany we have 3 girls who are able to land 3toe-3toe.

Of course, Sarah Hecken. Her 3-3 is so consistent, that you can only say wow! I really hope that she can manage to land her 3Loop and 3Lutz next season! Her 12th place at worlds was so important and gave hope to the whole skating Germany. She will get 2 Senior Grand Prix because of the 12th place at worlds. Born in the second half of 93.

Then Isabel Drescher. She had a difficult season after the coaching change and the relocation to Berlin. For her it was important, to qualify for Junior Worlds, also when the Junior Worlds was a very bad competition for her. We will see her in the Junior Grand Prix next season again. Born in first half of 94.

Julia Pfrengle. Top 10 at her first Junior Worlds this year and her first 3-3 in the SP!! GREAT! She will also skate Junior Grand Prixs next season and she have a really good 3Loop! Born in the first half of 95.

In Germany we don´t have so much talents than in the USA, Russia or some other countries. We are happy for every talent we have and hope that they become as good as possible. And these 3 youngsters get us a lot of hope, that we get some good skaters for the next years. Top 10 in Euro is big success for us in Germany!!

No one needs 3-3 in the long program. Seven jumping passes means seven possibilities for a triple and at the moment no one is able to do more than that.
Everyone could use a 3-3 in the short program because it means more triples, more points.

Actually a 3-3 with a full set of triples means a lot of possibilities

Jump layout with all triples and the ability to do a Loop jump as the second combo jump. (which Mao will do if she brings back a 3-3 and does a Lutz and Salchow)
3F-3L - 2
3A-2T -1
3A -1
3Z -1
3L -1
3S -1
3F-2T-2L -1

In theory you could have nine triples without violating in Zayek rules if you have all the triples (except the Axel) and can do a loop as the second jump.
3Z-3T(2)
3F-3L-2T (2)
3L (1)
3F (1)
3Z (1)
2A-3T (1)
3S (1)

ETA: This is totally fun. And I might still be breaking some rules here.

You can only repeat 2 triples,at least one must be in combination of the repeats. It would have to be:
3A+2T (1)
3A (1)
3F+3Lo (2)
3Lz (1)
3S+3T+2Lo (2)
3F (1)
2A

Max of 8 triples.

3A
3Lz-3T
3F-3Lo
3Lz
3F
3S
2A-2A-2A

8 Triples - 3 Double Axels and you repeat Lz and Flip.
Of course you can repeat the 3A and get more points ... than do a 3A-3T and 3Lz-3Lo for the second and third jump and you have the maximum value base with the jumps you can get with all the triples.
But to be a realist, something like that, we will never see .....

I thought there was a rule about that! Thanks for pointing it out...

Mao won the world championship without a 3/3 and but yu-na certainly will land them in both programs if she continues to compete. Caroline had been pretty dead set on trying hers in both programs since she learned it and lands it the majority of the time (although usually underrotated). racheal usually tries a 3/3 in at least one of her programs, ashley attempted a few but has not this past year.
Joannie trained a 3 flip/3 toe but she did not plan in last season and would not really expect to see it make a comeback if she continued skating due it her low success rate.
