It's hard to miss USA's Keegan Messing at any competition in which he competes. The 2010 Junior Worlds fourth place finisher is just that kind of guy.

He is definitely one to follow. Almost medaling at Jr worlds-it was a very narrow loss for bronze.

I have seen his skating several times before. He is a really amazing skater. I am always puzzled by his huge jumps with his small body. I love his triple axels. They are really solid. He is very fast and has really quick rotations in the air.

Read this article while in Fairbanks this weekend (saw GregPet skate for the first time since 2008! SO HAPPY) and got all giddy. It's about time he got recognized. With the fact that skating is not well sponsored/supported up here in Alaska and he doesn't get as much ice time as others in his group do it's amazing what he's accomplished!
