can someone start a list of competitors? please
I mean, I'm assuming the competitor's list will be posted once it goes up on the event's Entries/Results page (accessible here), as was for the other events.
I know...I just wanted to get a preliminary list![]()

I had wondered about Pushkash & Guerreiro.Their bio is not yet updated, though.
Based on the JGP in Courchevel, France, I highly doubt that Skate Canada will be sending Grenier who finished 12th there. Most likely one of the substitutes will go.
I also don't think that Carolyn MACCUISH / Tyler MORRIS will be there either. They struggled just like in Minto with the short dance finishing 10th of 12 teams with the lowest TES scores of the field.
Hmmm. Christina Gao is skating in Graz the week before and then is listed for Japan. Back to back competitions. Significant travel distance and not much time for recovery. Wonder if there is a method to this madness, or if her camp requested this scheduling. As of today, USFS website does not have assignments for this competition posted, but I guess they can switch to a substitute by some pre-determined deadline date.
Anybody know what is the deadline for a country wishing to substitute an entrant for a specific competition?
Anastasia CANNUSCIO / Colin MCMANUS USA
Joylyn YANG / Jean-Luc BAKER
Were added for USA
In the past, the U.S. JGP skaters have been told that the entries published on the ISU site after the first several JGP events should be considered as 'placeholder names' and that their official assignments will be confirmed directly to them by USFS. For Japan, the 'placeholders' were Gao, Dornbush, Zahradnicek, Lichtman/Copely & Olson/Cowan. USFS waited for the results from Courchevel, FRA before submitting their final entries for JPN. You can expect to see more 'placeholder' names when the preliminary entries are published for GBR (#5), GER (#6), and CZE (#7).
Both the ISU site and USFS' International Assignments page now list the official Team USA entries as Baga (her 1st JGP assignment this season), Angela Wang (her 1st-ever JGP), Jason Brown (silver in FRA), Max Aaron (bronze in FRA), Cannuscio/McManus (silver in FRA), and Yang/Baker (their 1st-ever JGP).

Nikol Gosviani will replace Sofya Biryukova
I am just wondering why there is no event/results page yet. Doesn't the competition start today or later today?
Competitions start tomorrow. The result page will be ready around 14:30 JST (6 hours from now).
