Thank You ever so much for the update. Good for Lambiel, Can't wait to see him again. I think that if he can learn to put out consistent program he could be the next great thing.

Happy to see Stephane got hold of himself. Next time I hope he can skate his best at both the short and long.

Li too, looking like a bad season ahead and now back on track.

Nothing in the way of special for Michael.

And what happened to Abt? He just nosed out Ben.

    Joe

A truly bad technical score; #48 on the list of 56 skated so far. His Program Elements score was 13th highest for the year, and that's the only thing that saved him from infamy.

Either he had a technical meltdown, and/or he didn't skate/get credit for all of his elements (i.e., a 4T counted as a 3T, and a 3rd 3T getting 0 credit). His lowest PE score was for transitions.

    Abt at C of R

Major league bummer for Sasha. His presentation scores were quite high for his beautiful new program. But he's back to two-footing his landings, the same problems he's had since injuring his ankle last season. Triple axel was still strong in both programs although he two-footed the second one of the LP (he had two in the LP).

Haven't seen the competitive version of the LP yet, but I'm guessing he's still using most of the rink to set up his big jumps with little or no transition steps before them.

It would require more major league meltdowns from the others, and a first or second at NHK for him to get into the final.

Ah, as they say....Hope dies last.

Bynx, a poster over at another board got a warning from FSU for copying and pasting results straight off their board. Please be careful.

If you're the person posting the results over there, my apologies. I just don't want to see anyone get in trouble :(
