In almost all competitions where he was the TS, Japanese skaters have won.

Then strict calling shouldn't help the likes of Murakami either, who has a fairly egregious flutz and also her share of underrotations. Unless you are saying that he will be strict on technical calls for non-Japanese skaters, but ignore faults of Japanese skaters?
