I don't know about any live stream but this site gives summary of each skater. If you don't read Japanese, follow the names on the list in order. The elements will be in English and the scores are easy to see.

Key Hole won't show all the skaters. It's just Fuji TV's broadcast program. Youtubes are uploaded very fast though.

The first skater is up right now, so it's easy to follow.

Akiko Suzuki is currently skating. She apparently had a bit of difficulty with jump during the 6 minutes practice.
Let's hope she'll be more successful with her jump when it really matters (during the SP perfor)mance!
