Trying to Unload All-Event Ticket(s) to Nats

I have a friend who is trying to sell a pair of lower level all-event tickets to Nationals in Atlanta as he's not going to the event. He's trying to sell them at face value ($1056 for the pair) and would rather not deal with Ebay if he doesn't have to. I'm interested in purchasing one of these, but he would like to sell them at the same time so he doesn't have to eat $528.
