I don't have results, but it wouldn't surprise me; she hasn't been skating her best this season :(

Only 0.4 points between Glebova and Issakova... I would be shocked if Issakova is sent to Euros, because she has a worst season's begininng as Glebova...

Yes it's frequent for the "little" federations. Sometimes Latvia and Lithuania have their championship together, since 3 years Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia, too; Balkan republics invite each others too...
A funny competition could be a national championship between the 3 Baltic republics. With the growing level in each, it could become interesting.
