I think Rosa Sheveleva singled her flip and 2A was with some problems after the landing, looked very sad

Makarova and Agafonova were the best so far for me. IMO, Agafonova was scored quite low compared to Leonova. Hopefully she'll move up after the free.

Korobeynikova impressed me. She is so elegant and graceful, she reminds me of Czisny down to the dress style! Volchkova is doing a great job with her.

    I also really liked Deeva.

    Shelepen and Sheveleva both struggled.

Overall a very high level of competition.

I liked how Polina S added a tano 2T to the 3L because she missed her combination. Not a bad program, definitely better than Roza

TAT really impressed with Korobeinikova and I agree with her. She looks like young Alissa Czisny with better jumps and worse spins. Very beautiful and elegand, and can I say one more time how much I love her coach?..

Very high level of the competition, all the girls are beautiful and most of them have solid technique and good basics.
The next warm-up will be very interesting with Adelina, Liza, Sofia and little Julia.

Upd. oleada, we think the same

I also have to say, I really don't like the judging so far. Artemyeva is too high, Agafonova was robbed as was Korobeynikova.

Well the scores are very close between 4 and 7. But I agree, especially with Agafonova being robbed. She should be a close second behind Makarova.

me too Artemyeva was too hard to even watch and having the music of Korpi didnt help either.
Agafanova was so enjoyable, and Deeva for me. Korobeynikova also!

I just realised it's Liza's fourth senior national championship, and she's only 13!

Sotnikova fell on a 3Lz+3Lo, but still managed second and the highest TES. I think that's fair, actually, her edges and speed were so impressive as was the centering of her spins. She's a very well-rounded skater.
