Russia won't release Maria.

Isn't there some rule that says that if a skater doesn't compete for a country for 2 years, the skater can go and compete for any other country that they want without needing to be released?

Oh yeah, like that would happen with Maria, let's be serious, how many years she 's got left in her career?

You're absolutely right, Maria won't win an olympic gold, I just found it amusing that you mentioned Annisina since I believe the Russian federation kicked themselves for releasing her. I would love to see Maria skating for France too!(and Akiko also!)

That was really sad. They were barely able to look at one another when it was over, all three of them.

V/T were perfect! Not a foot wrong.
3S, 3Tw, 3T+2T, 3STh and 3LoTh, all of amazing quality and skated with tons of confidence
That they have come this far in less than a year is amazing. I so hope they win.

so do i, i just didnt know how to work the channel, lol...OMG, they are amazing, and in such a short time! They have to be co-favorites for the world title, if they can keep consistent.

She 2 footed the loop. And they were a little bit out of synch on the SBS at a point.
But I want to be picky here. Because they were too darn awsome. Good gracious, the height she gets when he throws her!
Say hello to your gold medalists on Sochi. :)
