The audio on the computer

For the Junior Men is was fine but for the Ladiees Short - there wasn't any hearable music. I called IN customer service. They didn't know what was wrong.

Did anyone else have a problem with the audio during the Ladies SP?

It was kind of quiet, but I turned up the volume in the window all the way up and the volume on my computer and it was OK. Did you look for the volume on the bottom right of the video and crank it up?

I did try cranking it up - all during the comp but it wouldn't move. I have to call them again. It would be nice if they had the audio at full blast for everyone with the option to decreasing the volume if they cared to.

btw, I have the customer service phone no., if anyone wants it.
