ITA - Sarah had a great skate and really connected to the music and the audience - Kostner, to me, was a bit awkward and not really fully in the moment, plus a fall, but she got 6 more in the PCS - crazy

Congratulations to Sarah, I am so pleased for her and to win in your home country. Well done Sarah I was emotional

Great fighting from Carolina and Kiira, Kiira must have ben very nervous and pulled it through in the end

YOU HAVE TO ADMIT GUYS GREAT PROGRAMS FROM KIIRA, CARO AND SARAH, WOW

Well done for Alena for a great program. I thought for a minute she would be on the podium.

AND WOW Ira Vannut great job she had to do 3 programs and she looked lovely out there, great speed and jump content, and great programs

AND TO GERLI from Estonia, okay easy technically but she had a lovely program and the 2nd cleanest program to vannut, so Euro Ladies for the future looking upwards.

AND WE ARE STILL MISSING LEPISTO SO GREAT FOR FUTURE

I hope Sarah changes her mind for World's I am sure the federation will try and get her to go but I would not blame her if she hangs up her skates and does a few shows. what a way to end.

I think it will be even sweeter if Y/C win the US pairs title today. John has dedicated this season's LP to his late mother who passed away last year. It would be so beautiful to see them be National Champions!

    Good one, Muse!

I just dropped in to this thread for the first time. Did I read it right, Sarah Meier won? Tremendous! I love her skating. I hope they show her at Worlds, and that she does really well. Can't wait to see her on YouTube.

Sarah, Carolina, and Kiira...this podium has a higher level of gorgeousness than the whole Miss America pageant did last week.

Sarah made a good present to all Switzerland and all her fans. I wish many skaters could make such present to a domestic audience like Sarah today, like Ira in Moscow or like Julia in Budapest.

Congratulations to Carolina for coming back for a silver. Can't wait to see the vids.

I wonder if this will be Carolina's year to be back on the world' podium.

Congrats to Sarah, Carolina, and Kiira. I like this podium. Glad Carolina made it.

Did Sarah decide that she didn't want to go to worlds or something?

Meir said in press conference that this is a high point in her carreer and she reached her limit and will retire.

Sarah has had big problems with injury in the past few years and I'm sure the Olympics and the championships in Bern were probably the main reasons for staying in. This is a great way to bow out on a high.
