I just think Alban is so cute. Not in a handsome, hot way, but he just seems so nice and sweet.

It's ludicrous indeed.It wasn't an inspiring program IMHO.
The combined placements of the top 2 skaters from one country must be 13 or less. If the nation only has 1 skater competing, then s/he must finish in the top 2.
Who knows, but the ISU did inspect the arena beforehand.
