    Tonia K just confessed she was never able to do a spread eagle.

    So interesting. Makes me admire Rachael's even more. I've noticed the Rachael's are nicer than Alissa's. Alissa does a spread eagle in her exhibition.

    ^ that was an interesting comment. As I said in so many words yesterday, I already want RAchel to keep this sp and work on it for next year too. IF she does, I want the spread eagle held just a tad longer. It's lovely. So is her ina.

    Honestly, I don't think it's quite fair to compare herself training as an alternate for the Olympics to this girl being called at the last minute for nationals. Besides, I'm sure Tonia knew along she was probably going to go to worlds because either Michelle or Tara would win gold and not go to worlds.
