The criteria used in the PC scores aka Bullets are basically good checklists for judge and skater. I believe - don't know for sure - that all of them do not have to be used in scoring the mark for the Component.

During the 6.0 period, they were (or should have been) in the minds of the judges. But now that they are printed as part of the regulations, I think they should show up as an explanation for the skater.

Transitions, for example, might show, there was no variety, or they were too simple. A skater would like to know that. He doesn't get it from the overall mark in the protocols. Was it the intricacy that was a problem? Why did he/she not get a higher score?
