Joubert will have two 4T and two 3A in LP. He could move up if the jumps are there. He knows that he's not in the best shape in this competition. That has actually eased his pressure. He did a great SP performance wise. I'm looking for the same heart-felt performance in LP.

So my hopes is a spalt-free competition.

    As for the Americans:
Absolute miracle = 6+7 for three spots.
More realistic and would be nice = two Americans breaking the top 10 (8+9 or 9+10?)
Also OK = one American breaking the top 10 and/or all three stay in their current spots.

As for the top medal contenders. Hoping for Japanese men to go 2-3-4 if none of them can beat Chan. They have the potential and skill to be up there. Florent to keep 5th.

I hope Dai can win, but that won't happen. So I guess I hope Dai comes back for second place, and Brian fights back for a bronze.

I think it's pretty clear that Chan already has the gold in the bag. I hate to be so bitingly realistic, but he has to mess up pretty badly to lose his grasp on the gold.

With that said, I'm rooting for Kozuka the most. He has such tremendous potential and I want to see him breaking into the podium.

    You're welcome.

Anyone else having issues with the Latvian link?

I get audio but no video. I tried both Firefox and IE so I dunno. Didn't have any issues for the Short Program.

I know it hasn't started it yet. I just wanted to check on it.

Yeah that's happening to me too, but doesn't matter, watching Eurosport instead for FS.

I am using SOPCAST, but you can use stream page if you want. It's replaying last night's events.

Same here. The good news, Russia 2 coverage seems better today; at least synchronous!
