Status update of Bates/Samuelson?

I was just curious if anyone had any updates on Evan and Emily. For some reason, I have become paranoid that they will break up but hopefully this is completely unfounded/unreasonable. Also hoping that they will keep their An American in Paris freedance for the upcoming season.

Sad about this Team. They were going strong in tough competition.

There is an interesting piece on unisport about skaters who take off a year for whatever reason, and lose something when they come back. They mention Yuna, Plushenko, and V/M - all of whom lost a big event, but I have seen it in lesser skaters too.
