Caydee Denney and John Coughlin

Hey everyone...I'm new to this forum and thought that my first post would be about this new pair. They just competed their new SP at Liberty 2011 and it was stunning considering their recent partner ship. Caydee looked like a different skater on the ice, more mature and elegant. Mods: shouldn't this be in the Edge so everyone can see it? Thanks for posting it, lionmilk, and welcome to GS!!! You're right, they look great and Caydee looks a million times better. They're slow but they hit everything and that first element is astounding. I don't know if it was done correctly (I've never seen the woman's legs open so wide) but who cares, it was the highest twist I've ever seen.

In case people are in a hurry, the skating doesn't start until after the 3:00 mark but if you skip it, you'll miss all the lovey-dovey stuff. They look like an off-ice couple to me. That may explain why they got together on ice.
