3 points above Plushenko...that is great! Gotta Love It. After Buttle got sick, I didn't have much hope...but Sandu finally pulls through. From the marks it looks like he did awesome. It looks like the mighty Plushenko can be beaten after all.

OMG!!! I can't believe it! Sandhu, who was the 2nd alternate, winning the event!!! WOW! I guess this means nobody wins the Golden Skate pick the winner contest!

This is sooo unbelievable!!! Way to go, Emanuel!!!

Guess all those people who said that he would never win a major competition will have to shut up now!!!

I wish I could see his programs from the GPF, but since they don't show it on TV over here in Germany I will have to wait until Worlds to see his programs ...

I am soooo happy for Emanuel ... he really deserves this!!!

I dared to hope that he might win after I found out he was in. Heck, I thought I was crazy just to hope that enough people would drop out so that he could compete.
