I can not find any live streaming, but you can download "keyhole TV".
The quality is not that great, but better than nothing.
Japanese Junior Nationals already finished. There is another thread here about it.

I think the top 5 of each discipline go to senior nationals

Hey I just downloaded Keyhole TV because I doubt I'll find a mac compatible stream (streams from Asian countries and Macs don't seem to compute). I'm just wondering what channel name one should click on when the time comes (2 AM EST on the 23rd right?). Thanks! Can't wait for this, even delayed coverage on YouTube will be fine with me. It'll be epic.
Rooting for Daisuke, Yuzuru, Akiko, and especially Mao, what a champ!
Thanks! ^.^
Here's a video of Mao Asada's practice report and a news story about the loss of her mom. Includes footage of a mini Mao (young Mao) on the ice (really cute). English translator over the Japanese.

Is there a schedule for the event anywhere online?
Schedule translated to Eastern time:
December 23
2:00 AM Pairs SP
2:35 AM Men SP
December 23/24
11:00 PM Short Dance
11:35 PM Pairs FS
12:10 AM Ladies SP
4:25 AM Men FS
December 25
1:00 AM Free Dance
1:55 AM Ladies FS
You can use Keyhole TV (choose Fuji TV (フジテレビ) channel) or delayed videos of the top skaters will be posted on YouTube quickly. Or maybe someone will have a stream by the time the event starts, which is in less than 6 hours from now.
Follow scores here: http://www.skatingjapan.jp/National/...onal/index.htm
It doesn't appear they have posted starting orders yet, which worries me that the website won't be up to date during the competition and I would like to post live scores on twitter.

I will just wait here for updates :(
You can activate Eastern Languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) without affecting whatever you're viewing now. It only enables you to see characters in those languages, e.g. you'll them in youtube comments, and the Japan figure skating documents, even those with hardly any Japanese in them.
