I love Julia! Finally someone who skates like she wants to win. Everything was divine, perfect, precise....she'll be tough to beat. Standing O from me![]()
yay! now go Adelina!
what a shame Lip is too young for 2014 - she's already world class, IMO.

Into first. Will either stay there or be second depending in Sot. VERY happy for her.
She still has a chance for a worlds' spot...
Russia is not shy about replacing low-performing Euros team members at Worlds.
In 2007, Nationals #1, #2, and #3 went to Euros and placed, 28th, 11th, and 7th, respectively. Nationals #3 (Sokolova) and #4 then went to worlds.
Leonova's spot on both teams is pretty safe, but Makarova and Biryukova could easily bomb (or medal) at Euros, so Shelepen has a good chance for 2 of the 3 worlds spots...
Alena's PCS seems way too high, at least relatively to Liza's. Five points?
(Granted I haven't seen either program yet, so maybe I will change my mind.)
And that TES! So, so low. Guessing she's out of fuel (she said as much right?).

Adelina skated the first half beautifully....but had errors on the landings of her last 3 jumps. Still, it's her best FS of the season and she performed beautifully.
Adelina into first though Julia did beat her in the FS. I honestly think her score for what she just did was too high, but happy for her all the same.
Adelina is 1!![]()
well all the scores were a bit inflated , Julia should have won, imo
but I'm happy for Adelina she can control her jumps especially her lutz combos
